As Chief Operating Officer at Independence Home Health, Jessica has shaped strategic initiatives that enhance care quality, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Known for fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability, she is a strong advocate for patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
In addition to her role, Jessica advances the profession through mentorship, speaking engagements, and active involvement in industry organizations. She holds a doctoral degree in nursing, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, and is dedicated to staying at the forefront of healthcare trends and best practices.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of serving in various leadership roles, including Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the importance of balancing operational efficiency with high-quality patient care.

As CHRO, I oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning. My passion lies in creating high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity. I thrive on transforming organizations through strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational excellence. Outside of work, I am the mother of three beautiful adults and married for 30 years. I enjoy cooking and traveling with my family.
